under section 402 of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED THAT:

(1) The name of the corporation is 4D Basement, INC.

(2) The corporation is a corporation as defined in subparagraph (a) (5) of section section (Definition) of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law

(3) The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is formed are as follows:

(1) openings of multi-media events;

(2) conducting seminars;

(3) providing multi-media classes on a regular basis;

(4) performing multi-media events during which artists would be invited to make presentations; and

(5) hosting dinner parties for people who are directly and indirectly involved with art.

The "4D Basement" is a coalition of four artists whose intent is to create their own atmosphere which promotes all types of art and artists.

The corporation, in furtherance of its corporate purposes above set forth, shall have all the powers enumerated in section 202 of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law, subject to any limitations provided in the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law or any other statue of the State of New York. Nothing herein shall authorize this corporation, directly or indirectly, to engage in, or include among its purposes, any of the activities mentioned in Not-For-Profit Corporation Law, section 404 (b) (w).

To whom this may concern,

In East Village, New York, there are many artists who dream of exposure.
Because of these people, we are in search of the best artists in America
who make high culture in this country. As a Non-Profit organization, we
help these creators.

As non-profit organization, we are looking for donation from famous
artists' artwork. After we sell them in auction, we'll be able to
further support starting artists. We want to do this in a honest and
legal way. If you have artwork or connections with artists please
support our idea.
